This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes prohibited uses of Zapa Networks services. It exists to protect our customers, our network, and the broader internet. Violations may result in suspension or termination of service.
1. Prohibited Activities
You may not use Zapa services to engage in illegal activity, transmit malicious software, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network.
You may not use the services to send unsolicited bulk messages (spam), to harass others, or to distribute unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
2. Network Integrity
You may not take any action that degrades, disrupts, or interferes with the network or its use by others, including denial-of-service attacks, network scanning without authorization, or circumventing usage controls.
3. Conduct Toward Support and Technicians
Abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward Zapa support staff or technician partners is not permitted. Onsite work requires safe and respectful conditions.
4. Security Cooperation
You are responsible for maintaining the security of devices and credentials under your control, for cooperating with reasonable security measures, and for promptly reporting any suspected compromise to Zapa.
5. Customer Responsibility for Users
You are responsible for the activity of users on your accounts and connections, and for ensuring they use the services in accordance with this policy.
6. Lawful Use
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of the services, including those governing data protection, intellectual property, and communications.
7. Enforcement
Zapa may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of service. Where possible, we will provide notice, but we may act immediately to protect the network or comply with the law.
