Technician & Field Service Terms

Last updated: June 16, 2026

These Technician & Field Service Terms describe what to expect when Zapa Networks coordinates onsite installation or field service. Onsite work may be performed by vetted U.S. technician partners, and availability depends on market, project scope, licensing, required equipment, and scheduling.

1. Technician Scheduling

Onsite visits are scheduled based on technician availability, project scope, and site readiness. Same-day or next-day dispatch may be available in select markets where coverage allows, but is not guaranteed everywhere.

2. Site Access Requirements

You agree to provide safe and timely access to the work areas, including any wiring closets, equipment rooms, roof or exterior access, and power needed to complete the work.

3. Customer Presence

For some visits, an authorized representative may need to be present to grant access, approve work, or make decisions about placement and configuration.

4. Safe Working Conditions

Work proceeds only under safe conditions. Technicians may pause or reschedule work if a site presents safety hazards or conditions outside the agreed scope.

5. Hardware Availability

Installation timelines can depend on the availability and delivery of hardware, carrier equipment, or third-party components. Zapa will coordinate procurement and communicate expected timing.

6. Cabling and Physical Limitations

Some sites present cabling, structural, or layout limitations. Where additional cabling, mounting, electrical work, or permits are required, this may affect scope, timing, and cost.

7. Licensing and Permitting

Technicians are licensed and insured where the work requires it. Where permits or specialized licensing are required, work may depend on obtaining them, and timelines may be affected.

8. Rescheduling

Visits may be rescheduled due to site conditions, access issues, weather, hardware delays, or carrier dependencies. Zapa will communicate changes as early as practical.

9. Documentation After Visit

Completed visits are documented and added to your environment records, including work performed, configuration notes, and any recommended follow-up.

10. Third-Party Technician Partner Involvement

Eligible onsite work may be performed by vetted U.S. technician partners coordinated by Zapa. The specific scope and any partner involvement are reflected in your quote, agreement, or approved service order.
